Aventuras Tours - Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Aventuras Tours! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your booking and participation in tours and activities organized by Aventuras Tours ("we," "us," or "our"). By making a booking or participating in any of our tours, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1. Reservations: To reserve a tour, a completed booking form and full payment or a deposit are required.
2.2. Payment: Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or any other method specified during booking.
2.3. Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.
2.4. Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Once a booking is confirmed, the price will not change.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1. Cancellation by You:

More than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund, minus any transaction fees.
3-7 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
Less than 3 days before the tour date or no-show: No refund.
3.2. Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns). In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the tour.
3.3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving your cancellation request.

4. Health & Safety
4.1. Fitness Level: Some tours may require a certain level of physical fitness. It is your responsibility to assess your ability to participate.
4.2. Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before the tour.
4.3. Safety Measures: Participants must follow the guide's instructions at all times. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your participation without a refund.
4.4. Insurance: We recommend that you have travel insurance to cover any unexpected events, including personal injury, illness, or loss of belongings.

5. Liability
5.1. Assumption of Risk: By participating in our tours, you acknowledge that outdoor activities may carry inherent risks (e.g., injury, property damage).
5.2. Waiver of Liability: Aventuras Tours, its employees, and contractors are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expenses arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
5.3. Third-Party Services: We may use third-party providers for certain services (e.g., transportation). We are not responsible for their actions or any resulting losses.

6. Photography & Media
6.1. By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images may be used for promotional purposes.
6.2. If you do not wish to appear in our promotional material, please notify us in writing prior to the tour.

7. Personal Belongings
7.1. Responsibility: You are responsible for your personal belongings during the tour. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
7.2. Valuables: Please avoid bringing valuable items. Storage facilities may not be available during the tour.

8. Changes to the Itinerary
8.1. We reserve the right to alter tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, or safety concerns). We will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent alternatives.

9. Code of Conduct
9.1. Respect for Others: Participants are expected to respect the guide, fellow participants, and local communities.
9.2. Prohibited Behavior: Disruptive, abusive, or dangerous behavior may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.

10. Governing Law
