Day 1: April 9th : Arrive in Loreto​

Upon arrival in Loreto, guests will check in at the Aventuras Hotel.  After settling in, we’ll gather for a welcoming dinner  that sets the stage for the exciting days ahead. During dinner, our experienced team will walk you through the essential logistics and formalities of the race. You'll receive a comprehensive overview covering:

• Race Briefing: Detailed insights into the format of the race, including rules and course layout.

• Safety & Risks: An overview of the potential challenges and safety precautions to ensure a secure experience.

• Team Coordination: Introduction to your crew and a rundown of team roles and responsibilities.

• Equipment Check: An overview of the UTV gear and any additional equipment, ensuring everyone is ready for the race.

• Formalities: An opportunity to sign necessary forms and documents, confirming your participation and understanding of the race’s structure.

This initial meeting is designed not only to ensure that all administrative and safety aspects are addressed but also to foster camaraderie among participants and create a clear picture of what to expect during your exhilarating expedition.

Day 2:  Pre-running

​

Experience an exhilarating pre-run adventure as you pilot high-speed UTVs from Loreto to La Paz. This stage of the expedition is designed to let you familiarize yourself with the challenging terrain, fine-tune your techniques, and test the performance of your vehicle ahead of the official race.

After breakfast at Ocotillo in the Aventuras Hotel, we pre-run the course, breaking for lunch in Constitucion.  During this dynamic journey, you'll navigate diverse landscapes that mirror the conditions of the upcoming race, providing valuable insights into the course's twists and turns. The pre-run not only boosts your confidence behind the wheel but also offers an opportunity to adjust your strategy, ensuring that every aspect of your experience is optimized.   Remember the pre-run is not a race and it's a fantastic opportunity to soak up the beauty and magnificence of the desert.

Upon arrival in La Paz, you’ll have the chance to unwind after the big day. Spend the night in the vibrant city, where you can relax, enjoy local cuisine, and discuss the day’s experiences with fellow racers. This restful interlude in La Paz is the perfect blend of adventure and recovery.

Day 3: Return to Loreto and Final Preparations

​After a rejuvenating night in La Paz, the expedition shifts gears as we transport the UTVs back to Loreto on specialized trailers. The journey home offers a chance to reflect on the pre-run experience and build excitement for the race ahead. Once back in Loreto, the day is dedicated to fine-tuning each UTV and meticulously preparing for the big race the following day. Our expert team will work closely with participants, addressing any mechanical tweaks, performance enhancements, and safety checks to ensure every vehicle is in peak condition.  It is required that we complete our race registration and contingency, including the medical check.  

 

Dinner will be back at Ocotillo or the La Vista Rooftop Bar and Restaurant at Hotel Aventuras.  This essential day of preparation not only boosts your confidence but also provides one final opportunity to optimize your strategy and equipment, setting the stage for an unforgettable race experience.

Day 4: The Loreto 500 Race

​

The excitement kicks off around noon as racers gather for the start. After briefing, you'll be on the move toward your designated pit area, where a quick refuel stop is scheduled en route to Constitución. Upon arrival at Constitución, your time is recorded and orders are taken, setting the pace for the day.

A brief interlude of approximately 2-3 hours follows, allowing you to prepare for the next thrilling phase: the night race. As darkness falls, navigation becomes even more critical, transforming familiar terrain into an exhilarating challenge. Your skills and determination will be put to the test as you navigate the mysterious course under the starry sky.

The race concludes at the finish line in La Paz, marking the end of an adrenaline-fueled day. To celebrate your hard work and accomplishments, a comfortable hotel stay and a delightful dinner await you in La Paz, ensuring you get the well-deserved rest after an unforgettable adventure.

Day 5: Rest And Relax

​

After an action-packed race day,  we will load up and drive back to Loreto and unwind in style with one final night at Hotel Aventuras. Nestled in a tranquil setting, this charming retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. Reflecting on the day's race and recharging, Hotel Aventuras promises an evening of pure indulgence and serene repose.

Price:  $5000 per person with a requirement of 2 people per vehicle.
